Sunflower Seed Butter Pie

A delicious (almost) no bake pie

Servings 8



  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 8-9 crackers or 1 sleeve
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter melted


  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • grated chocolate for garnish optional


  1. Preheat oven to 375°

  2. In your food processor, pulse graham crackers until completely crushed. Add in your sugar and melted butter and then pulse until everything comes together. Press into your pie plate and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sunflower butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in your whipped cream. Pour into your prepared crust, smooth and then top with garnish.

  4. Chill for 6-8 hours before serving. Enjoy!
