Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar brown or granulated
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 12 cup muffin pan.

  2. Start by melting your butter and then set it aside.

  3. Combine all of your dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl or measuring cup, add your milk, eggs and melted butter. Mix very well and then pour into your dry ingredients.

  4. Fold your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients just until combined and then scoop into your muffin pan.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
