Homemade Cranberry Sauce


  • 8 oz. cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • pinch of cinnamon totally optional


  1. In a medium sauce pan, add all of your ingredients. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes. Leave as is or puree. Allow to cool and then chill overnight or up to 10 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
