How to Roast Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash

Instructions

  1. Using a big sharp knife, cut the squash in half
  2. Scoop out seeds with a spoon
  3. Place face down on a metal baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  4. Bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes, or until carmelized and tender

  5. Allow to cool slightly before peeling
